Absolutely HORRIBLE. Nurses routinely mixed up medication doses and times. I had to ask each time what they were giving me. More than a few times they said IDK. Call light stayed on for over 1 hour 30 minutes before response. I had to wheel myself down to nurses station to get questions answered, remind them of when my meds were due. CNA was seen hiding in a corner on his cell phone. Staff (including nurses) have an attitude that comes across as I don’t care. Everyone who worked there was lazy, not interested in patients. The employee qualities this awful facility seems to use for hiring are: Are you really overweight? Are you lazy beyond expectations? Do you care about patients. Are you competent in your duties? If you answered yes to the first question, you’re hired on the spot. If you answered yes to the second question, you’re hired on the spot. If you answered no to the third question you’re hired. If you answered no to the fourth question you’re hired immediately. Also, why are their people in the PT and OT sections that can’t understand what is said? This must be for billing purposes. Nor can these people follow simple instructions. Again, they must be “participating” in OT and PT for billing purposes.

I like how they provide PT twice a day I also like how they have little courtyards and a deck up top that overlooks the mountains. They have a lot of nice spaces where people can go outside of their rooms.

Most nurses give wrong meds, at wrong time, forget to give, don’t know what they’re giving, can’t pronounce the names of the meds. Waited over one hour sometimes before they responded to call light. CNAs are lazy. They won’t straighten the bed sheets, offer to comb hair unless asked to. Waited 45 minutes sometimes for them to answer call light. No information given when I checked in. I wasn’t told about “shower scheduled” and asked several times to be bathed. Waited for one week before showering was done. No offers of toothbrush (had to ask for it), comb (had to ask) or other items to keep clean. Maintenance does the minimum amount. Call light went out 3 times Drinking fountains in hallways don’t work. Deck on 2nd floor had 3 missing blades (out of 5). No call light on deck to request help. What were used supposed to do if you needed help??? However, PT and OT were outstanding. they helped, were attentive, and responded quickly. Bottom line: most nurses were incompetent, staffing level is horrible, lazy CNAs, minimal maintenance (and only after several requests). the directors don’t care about any of this, They are only in it for the money, which is why they admit way too many patients given the nurse/patient ratio and not enough CNAs. Do not admit anyone you know to this place.

They neglected my mother in law, and she had a stroke there, and no one checked on her.

This is a great facility. The staff all do their best to make patients comfortable. It is always very clean. There is a great workout facility for patients to rehab. The key is for their patients to go home safely and in a timely manner.

I was there in May of 2025, there caused me to become disryflicic four times! The fourth time, I blacked out woke up in the hospital from a stroke and heart attack, I had no family history of and heart issues! I am quadriplegic at the time they had me in a bed with no guardrails which I easilie could have fallen out of? With quadriplegia getting autonomic disryflicia one time can kill you, not draining a bedside catheter bag causes urine to back up into your kidneys causes autoimmune issue infections and disryflicia. They did not call and ambulance when I was unresponsive, they had to call my wife to tell her that even though I was a full code! They apparently were not allowed call an ambulance without a doctor’s permission so they had to call her to ask if they should call even though I was blacked out and unresponsive!! 5 stars do not believe it!
